Front Desk Hours?

Front desk is open from 7am to 9pm
Continental Breakfast is served from 7am to 9am every day


Check-in and Check-out Times?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. We can usually accommodate early check-in or late check-out with advance notice.


Do I need a Credit Card to Check-in?

A valid credit card (will NOT say debit or prepaid on it) and state issued ID must be presented upon check-in. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diner’s Club charge cards. Debit cards or cash are accepted for payment with a valid credit card on file.


How many guests are allowed in my room?

Maximum number of guests for rooms with one bed is two, for rooms with two beds, the maximum number of guests is four (including children).  A child’s rollaway may be available for an extra charge.


What is the Cancellation Policy?

Notice of cancellation must be given 24 hours prior to arrival. Notice less than 24 hours and including no shows will result on the first day’s rate and taxes being charged to the card provided on the reservation.


Do you have Smoking Rooms?

We do not offer smoking rooms but have provided receptacles outside of the rooms and in the courtyard for your convenience. A $150 discovery fee will be charged for any room that has been smoked in. Use of illegal drugs, underage drinking, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction with no refund.


Do you allow Pets?

We accept small well-behaved dogs (up to 30 lbs) when declared at the time of the reservation when accommodations are available. Your pet must not be left unattended in the room. A contact phone number must be left at the front desk and a pet fee of $10/day will be charged.

Any damage to the room caused by your pet will be charged to the credit card on file. Please keep your pet supervised when out of the room as wild animals may be present that can be dangerous to your pet.


What is Quiet time?

In an effort to be considerate to all our guests, we ask that between the hours of 10pm and 8am, you turn down your television, avoid loud conversations and activity. If checking in late, please take extra care to enter your room quietly. Any guest violating this request or behaving in a disruptive manner, may be asked to leave without refund, at the discretion of management.


Who has Liability?

THE MANAGEMENT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, THEFT OR LOSS DUE TO ANY CAUSE.
